i join now a honorable list of "destructive" forces that we now honor as heros.

life is a journey and i will seek to enjoy this part as much as all the rest!

everything i was afraid of has happened, so there is nothng more for me to fear.

being a part of the transformative process in our evolution rather than being a part of the revolution that is happening is a privilege in self-exploration and growth unlike that you can experience in any other way.  connecting to the divine through the path of the community and our social civilized structure, is one of the most challenging paths we can experience here on planet earth.

the promise land here in america, for me, is a community recommitted to the honoring of the children, the respect of children, the protection of children and the education -- real education that comes from the love of learning -- of our children.

our children deserve better, every single one of them.

I received two questions and Reflections today, October 6, 2009, from www.gaia.com:

What is the most important aspect or practice in your spiritual life?  (found on www.gaia.com)

How does your money feel about you?  (appropriately found in my SPAM folder)

Thank you www.gaia.com, because you focused my time on the computer this evening.  Thank you for giving me a creative outlet to answer questions I'm REALLY passionate about; and thank you for giving me something to rant about why I give sooooo little of my energy to www.gaia.com and then when you are scratching your head about how to make it work better, or make more money so you can increase the mark's value and sell it to the next highest bidder . . .  or not, or you're on your own journey too and we may or may not need to walk together too often.  So, if and when I come here, I'll give it to you straight from my heart, and when I'm in this mind-set, my sensitivity is like my golf game gone awry, and so I yell "fore" or "four" or "for" or "DUK!"

DUK="Did U KNow!"  because, sometimes it is so obvious!

does money feel?  does money have any emotions whatsoever?  and what is "my money"?  and why would i care what my money feels, if you can convince me that the energy of money feels anything other than to indebt you more and more (as U.S. money is actually "reserve notes," as in 'payable' ... YIKES!

loaded questions that don't really want environmentally grounded people . . . after all, why not create it? 

so, this is my contribution to trying to create a place that is truly grounded in mother earth rather than the federal reserve bank of the united states of america or any other monetary system working with tools of debt holding the illusion of wealth and abundance!!!!

p.s. the only aspect i know about, 'being' . . . whatever that means to me in the moment.

there comes a point when a flower must seed in order to perpetuate the cycle of life.  knowing death is the next step to take, it is time the flower realizes its time to create a seed in order to become again ... sharing with the future a bit of the essence of what it has become today.

that is the stage of this flower of life . . . the pod to be released is contained in its present beauty.  the pod still an integrated part of the flower to draw the energy and accumulate the experiences the flower and the seed wants to bring into the next evolution of creation's energy.

Has Gaia.com lost it completely? 

I ask this question as I cannot get a "Honey Bunches of Oats" advertisement to stop blocking my page so I can even write this blog/rant/reflection . . . Honey Bunches of Oats . . . now there's a high order processed food source for our temples!  sheesh!

Is everyone here really here to promote some product, book or other angle to use "sprituality" or "enlightenment' to make money?

I haven't been on here in a while because, well, everytime I came to go to log in, something else seemed to be more positive use of energy -- like do laundry, clean a bathroom, stare at the wall, clip my nails, reorganize my CD collection.  I guess now I know why . . . Honey Bunches of Oats!!!!!!  I thought the Purina "natural" dog food advertisements were bad enough!

Sooooooo ... Its time to take a break once again and "Waiting on the world to change" . . . because if Gaia wants to be what they CLAIM they want to be . . . they need to change.   For those of you who can stay in the midst of this kind of environment and maintain your dedication to bringing light and truth to this kind of space, more power to you, I admire you, support you and for you I will put my hope for the future of Gaia.com and what Zaadz once was and claims it was intended to create.

Like Whole Foods and other "wholistic" wannabes that are equally evil . . . no, they are more evil than a place like Walmart because they are deceitful in their representation of what they are about . . . if we continue to give our energy to this kind of low level energy, we create the world we see -- one of deceit, misrepresentations, low level ethical choices and living . . . if I need to be the change I want the world to be, I cannot be a part of energy and businesses and environments that do not match the ethics and intention that I am committed to embody.

So, I suppose I will check in sooner or later, but for now, and no offense to those who are truly here with high level intention and purpose, the Honey Bunches of Oats advertising confirmed my withdrawal was for good reason.

It really takes as much time and energy to cheer on the future as it does to complain about the past.

Both reflections of the past and visions of the future hold equally in the balance of the present moment to bare that which must be transformed to create now.

As you hold the past accountable for life, equally hold the vision for the future you see, become in this moment a perfect harmony of the mind swell of information, knowledge and understanding with the intelligence of your heart.

Human beings are like every other animal, in that they live and survive by a system of habits.

Many habits are instinctual and genetic, others are learned unconsciously, and others are developed.

The reality we live in and our perception of it, illuminate the habits of our existence. Freedom is the ability to 'be' in the moment free of all programmed responses and habits so that when you choose to do something, it is done of free will in the moment.

Then, you truly co-create reality as you will, independently in conscious cooperation with the cosmos.

One step at a time, a fresh step that eclipse the pattern of that which existed before you breathe life into the reality you will to be.

you know, life is never as it seems, and when it is, you don't want to believe what you see, because wow, it is exactly what you see. 

the trip that these past 10 months have been is not over yet, as the stream is still flowing, but accepting that it is what it appears to be, and making choices based on that, can be a good thing.

deciding to let go of the struggle and to embrace that which presents itself as being the "challenge" of maximizing fun, pleasure and life is really a simple choice if you are ready to make it. 

that means, really letting go of all that creates conflict and to know that which creates conflict in your life, and steering or, rather, rowing gently away from it.  if you *know* things create conflict, do you really, at age 40+ need to engage it again?  did you not learn enough the last time you went through it?

they say, "still waters run deep," and if connection to god, spirit, cosmos or the universe is the true quest, then you should be able to see any potential for strife, conflict and negativity in your life from a distance and be able to adjust your rudder and your stroke to flow on with your life without engaging it.

ouspensky teaches as we raise in consciousness, strengthen our center of gravity, 'accidents' cease to happen.  i've re-read that section of teaching everyday now for two weeks and yesterday, "lightbulb" turned on, and decisions . . . poof, become so simple to make.

that having been said, those decisions mean i will be centered in my gravity rather than allowing my energies to spin out in the centrifuge creating the messy spill that can cause acidents.

Have you assumed the role of your life yet?

Not "the role" of your life, but the role your life is in the picture of our cosmos?  In the writing of fiction stories there are the roles of protagonist, antagonist, the facilitator, etc.  Our lives in our connection with one another in the community in which we expose ourselves, play an attendant role upon which we all depend to create our collective story.

How we progress as a collective depends on the individual role players, actually playing their roles. 

Pretenders and those who talk about living their roles, without any action or activity other than that which perpetuates the activity of the bluster they need to create with their words, are the biggest inhibitors to our collective advancement.

The rise in so-called "life coaches," "gurus" and "preachers" who do little more than have a lot of activity associated with that "calling," must be examined with the eyes of scrutiny and discernment and, on some level, judgment.  Not judgment in terms of "right" and "wrong," but in terms of truth and reality.

The illusion of action through, let's say, touring the world *teaching* people on how to live a successful life yet they have no solid foundation in terms of relationships, community involvement, and practical service in their world (save for that which they are getting paid to do), are signs of a pretender.  If you cannot point to something in their life where you say, that is reflective of a life of action connected to the collective that is not sourced in a ego-based or self-service, look again and look deeper.

Its time when we start discerning motivation and understanding that those who are truly sourced in the universe are the servants to humanity and not the servants to their own egos, agendas, pocket book.  Action, not words, is the litmus test we must start evaluating if we want to increase the cosmic consciousness of life -- if we want to enlarge humanity's story.

'Birds of a feather flock together' is a truth that you can use to decide what your role in our collective story is . . . it doesn't matter what your action is, the test is the intention and quality of the activities and actions.

The true "heirophant" is not the one who preaches for others to 'do as I say, not as I do' (or not doing for that matter), but the one who's actions inspires the activation in your own truth in action of service in the role you have come to play for us to co-create our cosmic story of a brighter, positive future.

The only true "heirophant" is the one that is within, and while you may find external encouragement, direction and inspiration, temper that with discrimination and your internal knowledge of whether that external voice is given with pure universal intention or a self-serving motive that will only pull away from the truth you find within.

Why am I writing this?  I don't really know, but I do know that Jupiter is about to go retrograde on 15 June 2K9 and that is the time for us to increase our capacity to hold the energy to expand our truth in our society and world once Jupiter goes direct. It is important to know that what we are internally expanding we are doing so based on truth that results in corresponding action based in pure intention, and not based on a knowledge or understanding that is in word only.

I guess, my only real point is . . . don't be a pretender, don't prop up pretenders as being more than what they are.  Our shift in the cosmos requires truth to be lived, not to be used by pretenders without universal intentions.
