this is an invitation for those that consider themselves to be a part of "we the people of the united states of America" ...

there are times when things shift, and this week, we've had a major shift. some time ago, i started a blog entitled I AM A FREE AMERICAN, and in my virgin entry for that blog, i took the Declaration of Independence and related it to my present reality as one of the "people" ...

at that time, there was only one grievance against king george listed by our founders which was not a reality. at that time, i thought, "well, at least our king george can't get around this one":

"He [King George of England] has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries."

yes, not even george bush could unbench the 9th circuit court of appeals or those justices on the supreme court he did not like. sure, he could appoint puppets, but he could not remove those who were not. and yes, he appointed his puppets, but i still have faith that justice is bigger than any one person's agenda.

under his direction, he had his attorney general fire a lot of attorneys. these attorneys were u.s. attorneys that had been appointed to represent the interests of "the people of the united states." however, they were dismissed because they did not do the will of the "executive branch of the united states."

so, since our laws preempt him from removing puppet judges, he did the next best thing and removed those u.s. attorneys who would not prosecute the laws according to the executive will and order. so, no case would be prosecuted or cases would be prosecuted on behalf of the people of the united states ONLY IF "king" george so orders it.

so, de facto, mr. bush has fulfilled and completed the entire list of grievances on which our founders decided to fight for their sovereignty and independence.

that list started a very violent revolution to found this nation. thankfully, i have the model of non-violence so this is a battle of spirit, voice, will and determination.

i am asking the senators from the state of nevada to lead the way in the impeachment of president bush and his entire administration. this must be a bi-partisan, american movement motivated by "we the people."
