What if we can't save the world?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 13, 2009:
We can't. The world is already saved.
We are just hear to learn and do what we want, need, feel, or think about to do . . . if that's "saving the world" so be it -- and if you do that, then I suppose there isn't a "I can't" because you already are *doing it*.
But, truth be told, the universe and this world existed with our consciousness in existence in other forms (including merely in a potential state) and it will continue to do so as the order of the universe has prescribed and designed it to be.

Greetings Elaine.
Can you elaborate a little on “being here to do what we want?”
‘want’ is a definition of a desire, a desire is born from a passion, and a passion springs from our source’s need for expression … i guess that’s how i elaborate that thought in this moment = )
